How can you get the best out of this crazy thing called ‘life’?

Life gets sticky for all of us at one point or another, but each challenge we face is a crucial moment that can determine how the rest of our journey will look.
How we respond can, in fact, be the make or break of our lives by either putting you at a major advantage or disadvantage as you move forwards.
It takes a very resilient person to stand strong in the midst of instability and keep pushing forward, but it takes a wise person to do so intuitively.
Being confident enough in your ability to overcome any and ALL obstacles allows you to maintain your balance regardless of what you are going through.
When we don’t yet have this confidence – whether it’s due to a lack of experience and/or a lack of self-knowledge – we are likely to mishandle things.
Mishandling could look like forcefully pushing through struggles. Although on the surface it may seem like you’re being decisive, a heavy-handed approach is not always what the situation requires.
Sometimes, actions that resemble decisiveness are actually born out of desperation and fear.
Mishandling also might look like immediately venting or oversharing your issues before you’ve had a chance to process things for yourself, which can put you in a very precarious position.
Allowing others to give their input, no matter how well-meaning, clouds your judgement early on and could likely lead to confusion.
Not to mention the fact that it can also leave you victim to agents of chaos, jealous individuals and opportunists, who would readily monopolise your vulnerabilities for their own personal gain.
It goes without saying that all situations require a bespoke and well-thought out response and the approach itself will differ based on a person’s experiences and level of understanding.
However, there are certain measures that are much less common, such as taking a step back to carefully analyse situations BEFORE deciding on the best way forward.
It may sound rudimentary as you’re reading this right now, but when in a tight position it can be very tempting to act first and think later.
As mentioned before, it takes a very wise person to intuitively manage a situation despite being faced with uncertainty.
So how can you become this wise person that I am describing?
The first step would be for you to heal on all levels: spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically and socially.

By healing yourself holistically, you are giving yourself the tools to transcend a low vibrational existence in survival mode and embracing the idea of relying on your more advanced nature to handle life’s challenges.

Healing moves you away from desperation and towards discernment.
Healing brings your focus away from the external and towards the internal.
A lack of healing is actually the Achilles heel of most people’s decision-making.
Healing is what helps you choose the right person to confide in when you’re dealing with struggles. More than that, it guides you to knowing the right time to share your struggles with them.
For instance, you may choose not to share a particular challenge until AFTER you’ve gone through the entire experience of processing, problem-solving and seeing the end result.
The whole aim is that you are in-tune enough to distinguish between your emotions, intuition and logic and integrate them all to inform your decisions.
