Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Window

1.1     Digital products emailed to you as PDF documents are not eligible for refunds.
1.2     Upon receiving your physical product, you have 7 days to state that you would like to initiate a return.
          1.2.1     In order to declare your intent to return an item, please first make contact via email within the 7 day window.
          1.2.2     Once this has been agreed upon, there is a 14-day window within which the item should be received.

Acceptable Returns

2.1     Only physical products are considered refundable.
2.2     Any physical products being returned must be in re-saleable condition (see 3.1).

Acceptable Conditions

3.1     Definition of "re-saleable condition":
          3.1.1     Must be in the original packaging.
          3.1.2     Hardback books
                       3.1.2.1     Pages have not been marked, written or drawn on.
                       3.1.2.2     Pages are not folded, ripped or creased.          

Logistics

4.1     Once it has been agreed that your item is to be returned:
          4.1.1     You will be sent the address that your item should be mailed to.
          4.1.2     The item must be received within 14 days.
          4.1.3     You are responsible for:
                       4.1.3.1     Covering the shipping cost for the item.
                       4.1.3.2     Providing accurate shipping information, which includes:
                                       4.1.3.2.1     Estimated shipping duration
                                       4.1.3.2.2     Name of shipping company
                                       4.1.3.2.3     Tracking number (if applicable)

4.2     Once it has been determined that the item you have returned is in re-salable condition:
          4.2.1     Your refund request will be granted
                       4.2.1.1     This will be communicated to you via email.
          4.2.2     You will be refunded for the full cost of the item (excluding shipping costs).
          4.2.3     Please allow 3-5 working days before receiving your refund. 

Exceptions

In the rare case that your package does not make it to you, as a result of error on our behalf or that of the shipping company, you will receive a full refund (including shipping costs).
