For self-awareness and healing to be a primary goal for many, so that we can come together and build strong communities of whole and healthy individuals.
What inspired me to become an author?
From a very young age, I was constantly guided to walk the path of self-discovery and self-improvement.
As I grew and learned from personal experience, I began to realise how crucial authenticity is.
I saw profound transformation in my own life, BUT simultaneously I observed the long-term struggles in the lives of others for a lack of authenticity.
I’ve also always been passionate about helping others improve their quality of life, so I qualified as a Health & Wellness Consultant in 2021.
But I wanted to do more...So in 2024 I authored and self-published my book, “Be You: Your Life Depends On It! - Original Volume” and later the complementary Transformation Journal.
Together, my books offer a unique perspective that aims to increase your self-awareness by leading you to ask yourself the right questions.
These questions and tools guide you on an intuitive journey of self-discovery and allow you to unlock your true power within.
Writing is one of my greatest passions, so in addition to having published my first 2 books, I also upload weekly content on the Be You Blog (click below).
What does authenticity mean to me?
To me, authenticity is the difference between life and death. It may sound extreme, but I think of it like this: if you aren’t being yourself, then you aren’t living on purpose. And a life without purpose is like a slow, painful death.
I also strongly believe that being authentic is the greatest expression of self-love there is. There is no stronger love than having the courage to protect who you are at your core no matter the circumstance.
That is why I entitled my book, “Be You: Your Life Depends On It”. It is the motto I endeavour to live by forever and ever and always.
