Digital Products

Once payment has successfully gone through, you will shortly receive a confirmation email with the download link to the file.

Physical Products

Costs

Costs are based on your shipping address

Options

  • UK shipping is free

  • Shipping options will be displayed at the checkout​

  • NOTE: You are responsible for selecting the correct shipping option for your order (e.g. if you order 2 books, select 'Shipping for 2x Books')

  • If you choose an incorrect shipping option, you will be invoiced via PayPal for the remaining amount required to ship your order

  • Full payment must be made BEFORE your order can be shipped

Processing Time

After receiving confirmation of your order via email, please allow 1-2 working days for it to be processed before shipping.

Shipping Times

UK: 2-3 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Worldwide: 5-7 working days

Tracking

  • All orders will be tracked.

  • Orders to locations outside of the UK will also require confirmation of receipt (signature).

  • Once you have received an email with your tracking number, please allow 1-2 working days for the tracking information to become available.

FAQs

I haven't received my order yet. What should I do?

  • Be sure to check your spam folder in case any email updates have not arrived in your primary inbox.

  • If you haven't received your order within 10 working days of receiving your shipping information, contact be.u.yourlifedependsonit@gmail.com  with your name and order number so it can be looked into ASAP.

When I enter my address at the checkout, it says that you don't ship to my country. What should I do?
