Why most people aren't successful
Although everybody talks about success, very few of us can actually call ourselves successful because of...
1) A lack of clarity
Most people do not have a clear understanding of real success. They are spoonfed a definition by society and they readily accept it - no questions asked.
Their goals (based on this limited understanding) lack the specificity required to work meaningfully towards them.
This lack of clarity explains why success tends to escape so many of us.
2) Comparison
Few people spend the time to focus inwards and decide what success means to them.
They look into the lives of others and compare it to their own journey, not realising that pursuing the desires of others will not necessarily bring them satisfaction.
Often, by the time they realise what success really means to them, much time has been wasted on meaningless pursuits.
3) Limiting beliefs
How far we progress in life is ultimately down to our mindset.
Many of us have been indoctinated with beliefs that limit how we perceive our own potential and how we approach the journey ahead.
These limited beliefs stop us from knowing what we truly want (and NEED) and going after it with confidence.
