Steps to balancing your life

Regaining a level of control and balance in your life requires you take a few steps...

1) Take inventory


Study where your energy is going and cross-reference that with whatever struggles you are facing Ask yourself, "What am I be doing (or not doing) that is keeping me in this cycle?


2) Introduce daily structure


The currency of life is time. Use your time wisely by forming daily positive habits that allow you to nurture key aspects of your life without feeling overwhelmed.


3) Avoid chaos


Much of what causes imbalance in our lives is unnecessary chaos.


Start renouncing people, places, jobs, responsibilities etc that bring disorder into your life and embrace the inevitable peace that will fall into your life. Try it!
