When we are in our own company it can be easy to spend that time thinking about what you're going to do next or who you would rather be spending time with. We should not value the presence of anyone or anything else above our own company.
Instead, we should see our solitude as an opportunity to get to know ourselves. It's a chance for self-acceptance. You get to see all sides of yourself and embrace them fully.
Get to know your strengths, the parts of you that you can always rely on. Get to know your weaknesses and the parts of you that you've had to tuck away.
Be vulnerable with yourself. Don't be ashamed of what you find when you look inside. Look in the mirror and fall in love with the person staring back at your beautiful face, the one person in this world you could not have made it without......you.
