Authentic people have studied themselves intently, so they not only know exactly who they are, but they understand WHY they are who they are.

They know which parts of themselves are a manifestation of epigenetics, personal experiences, external influences etc.

This is actually one of the most crucial things a person can know about themself.

3) Freedom of Expression

Authentic people give themselves the freedom to explore who they are on the inside.

They aren't afraid to stand out, even if it means being faced with judgement and rejection. They embrace what they feel the need to express and enjoy that journey of self-discovery.
