Because of this ability to view things more objectively, authentic people can respond and make decisions from a place of greater understanding of self and circumstances.


2) Prioritising Self


Authentic people prioritise themselves and make a habit of doing so by way of their actions.


This allows them to build their life on a steady of foundation their own values and principles, not what society has attributed to them.


3) Active Discernment


Sustained balance has a lot to do with the environment one allows themself to be in.


Authentic people don't just identify people places and things who pose a threat to their internal balance, but they actually take steps to distance themselves or minimise contact with such as well.
