Authentic people are incredibly powerful, but they don't gatekeep power for themselves. Here's how they actually empower others...

1) Reserving judgement

Much of the time, what can inhibit the use of our power is fear of judgement.

Authentic people are not strangers to being judged for their authenticity, so they are more likely to create a judgement-free zone for others to also be themselves.

2) Living in purpose

When people find their purpose, I believe that part of it will inevitably include helping others.

By allowing others to benefit from their understanding and life experience, they are also empowering them as a person.

3) Taking responsibility

With great power also comes great responsibility, so in order to take full control of your life you must accept full responsibility.

When authentic people do this, they are silently modeling this to others and inadvertently showing them how they can also become more powerful within their own lives.
