1) They have a good relationship with boundaries

Regardless of the situation, an authentic person can clearly and assertively communicate their own boundaries, while respecting those communicated by others.

2) They add value to the lives of others

An authentic person actively and sincerely add value to other people's lives by using their own gifts and talents, even if they don't get a lot of credit for doing so.

3) They show respect

An authentic person chooses to respect others in their presence AND on their absence, whether they have a good relationship with them or not.
