There is no set of people toxic people fear more in the world than authentic people. Here's why...

1) Power

Toxic people manipulate and control others as a way of avoiding self-reflection - one of their biggest fears.

They fear authentic people, who continue to work on themselves, because the awareness gives them a level of internal power a toxic person could never have access to without change.

2) Risk of exposure

Toxic people need a mask in order to control how others perceive them.

The fact that authentic people can see straight through the façade makes them a huge threat to toxic people, because any exposure marks the end of their reign.

3) Sovereignty

Authentic people rely on self for love and validation, which automatically leaves toxic people with no arsenal to use against them.

Without the ability to successfully use their tools of manipulation (e.g. love bombing, strategic validation), toxic people are at a great disadvantage when dealing with authentic people.
